Sometimes a phone call is all you need! 

 

When you are on the phone with a technician, she will direct you to click on the Teamviewer Link below.  This will start the download of the Remote Support software. 

 

After installation, you will be directed by the technician to provide the random access code and password generated by the program - only then can the technician access your computer.
